Watton Carnival
We were so pleased to join Love Watton at Watton Carnival on Sunday! We had four amazing young people came down to help promote our organisation and the work of Love Watton. They did a great job handing out leaflets and promoting our groups and projects. We were also pleased to meet Norfolk High Sheriff, Jo Pearson. It was a great opportunity to share the work we are doing and brilliant to have him be apart of Watton becoming a Flourishing Town. Most of all, it was lovely to hear the views of
Watton gardening and cooking project
Beside Youth C.I.C. and Wayland Partnership have kickstarted our multigenerational gardening and cooking project! We have a fantastic team of 7 volunteers from the local Watton community who have plenty of skills when it comes to gardening and cooking. Over the next few months we will be creating a small vegetable garden at Watton Community Centre, as well as planting pots at Wayland House and for the young people to take home to their own gardens.
